Fine Line lived up to the name by assessing my roof damage, communicating that to me, and repairing it where damaged. For me, I had plywood damage due to a missing starter strip and other damage by a previous satellite dish. The repairs were aesthetically pleasing and matched as best as possible. I especially like the fact that they do not rely on goop; they use real roofing materials for repairs. No hacks here! When I need a roof, I'll use them. They're highly recommended.

We had a leak coming through our living room ceiling light. We called seven contractors ~ SEVEN - and only two responded. One of them was Patrick from Fine Line. We were impressed from the beginning. His wife answered the phone, took our information and let us know her husband would call us that evening. And he did. He arranged to come out a few days later. He came, as scheduled, on time. He thoroughly inspected our roof with my husband and explained everything. Fine Line did a very exceptional job from start to finish. We called them as we had a leak in our roof. Patrick & Brett immediately came out the same day, assessed the roof and through on a tarp for a temp fix. Brett was very professional with staying in contact throughout the whole process from the beginning till the end, he addressed all questions & concerns as needed. The Fine Line crew did a complete tear off & new roof in a day we were amazed. They did a fantastic job! The quote included only 2 plywoods replacement, but they were open and warned me ahead of time that there are many more plywoods having to be replaced, so I wouldn't be caught off guard with increased cost, which I appreciate.
When I noticed the debris falling into the attic space. I asked them to clean up and they gladly did! The debris also fell into the garage space and they cleaned up without me asking! The roofers accidently dropped a big piece of wood into the attic and caused a crack in the ceiling, I mentioned about it, and the supervisor repaired the ceiling

Patrick & team did a great job on our full roof replacement.
They were very professional; nicely cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. I was especially impressed by the time Patrick and Project Manager Brett took at the end of the job to do a final check and clean-up. Clearly an owner who really cares about the work his company's name is on.

Everything from the moment I called until the moment work was done was handled to perfection. I was offered a fair price for quality work. All work schedule promises were kept. Fine Line was amazing with communication. I received an email with information on when my job would be started and all the information I needed. When an opening in their schedule came up, they called and we're able to complete my repair even sooner than planned. The workers were professional and friendly. The job was completed quickly, even with them taking the time to explain to a very curious 4 year old boy what they were doing. I would definitely use them again for another repair or roof replacement.

Patrick, Brett, and their crew were fantastic. We have a flat garage roof that started to leak and needed to have some of the base material as well as the rubber top coat material replaced. I had a hard time finding many roofers in town who seemed to do this type of installation for residential properties but Fine Line was more than up to the task.
