Research and provide written analysis of local zoning and building code requirements necessary for the design and development of your PROTO HOMES project. Design and documents required for the permitting and construction of all site related elements supplemental to your PROTO HOMES structure. Permit document submission and processing including your PROTO HOMES structure and all additional site-related elements.
Prior to founding TBS/a, Todd feels fortunate to have obtained what he believes is a unique background in both architecture and construction. Todd Spiegel has over 20 years of professional experience ranging from developing project programs and schematic building designs to permitting and construction administration.
