Services
In 2015 GKA opened its first Ventura County office at 351 Rolling Oaks Drive, in Thousand Oaks, with a focus on improving commerical and municipal buildings in the Conejo Valley. GKA's Thousand Oaks office specializes in commercial, institutional, recreational, and residential building alterations and new construction for commercial property owners, municipal agencies, and small businesses.
In 2010 GKA opened its first Los Angeles County office in 2009, at 11780 W Pico Blvd in West Los Angeles. In 2011, the office moved to the City of Inglewood, at 9800 S La Cienega Blvd in Inglewood. GKA moved to its present location in 2016, located at 1301 N La Brea Avenue in Inglewood, which GKA purchased in 2016 with assistance of the SBA 504 Loan program and Chase Bank.
Licensed in New Jersey since 2011, GKA has been providing architectural services throughout Northern New Jersey for over ten years, and opened its first New Jersey office at 35 Journal Square, in Jersey City in 2019. GKA's Jersey City office services Industrial, Office, Retail and Multi-Family Clients in the North Jersey region.
Licensed in New Jersey since 2007, GKA has been working in the architecture field in New York since 1992. GKA opened its first New York office at 20 West Street in lower Manhattan in New York in 2009. GKA's Manhattan office services Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family Clients in the all five boros, as well as Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
