We appreciate her willingness to troubleshoot via video which allowed our issues to be resolved in even quicker time!

I had to reach out to Prosper Air the other day. Whenever you need to contact an AC company you're usually stressed out. This was the first hot week and our AC decided to stop. I reached out at 11pm and they were here the next afternoon. Very quick and the tech was amazing and knowledgeable. She knew the problem immediately and told me what needed to be done. She was honest and didn't try to upsale me on new filters of anything like that. I'll definitely use Prosper Air again!

Our downstairs AC went out on one of the hottest days, and it's a Saturday. We called and they were able to come to our house within an hour, which was awesome. Our technician, I feel bad for not asking her her name, was absolutely awesome. She quickly found that it was just the thermostat, which is what we figured. She replaced it took her time in explaining how to program it along with answering any other questions we had. Very impressed and we will call them again.

Y’all. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280. We went from thinking it was going to cost thousands (even under warranty) to this. Highly recommend, family owned and operated! (The capacitor was bad.)

You can't get much better than these folks. I've used them for over seven years, always are honest, affordable, and even when busy go out of their way to get out to you. I just called them with a problem on a Sunday evening and they were out Monday morning with an inexpensive repair (thank goodness!) They won't oversell you - they do solid work. That simple. I won't go anywhere else.

Prosper Air was responsive and punctual. They found our issue (refrigerant leak) and fixed it on the spot. They are knowledgeable and patiently explained the cause of the leak. Home owners beware!
Not wiling to admit mistakes and right their wrongs.
They put $500 worth of r22 (freon) in my upstairs AC unit after learning it was empty. They didn't even perform a leak test! Folks, AC units are closed systems and should never lose refrigerant. All the r22 leaked out immediately because the schrader valve was leaking. How do I know this? Well I had to call out a real pro, Bill Joplin to fix what Prosper Air could not. Thanks Prosper Air for charging me $500 for freon you pumped straight into the atmosphere! Wonder how much ozone melted away because of that

Fixed our air easy, fast, and affordable. My heart sinks every time we have air issues and this time we knew we needed professional help. The response time was great even though it was a holiday week and probably a very busy time with how hot it was that week. They honored the coupon we found and made things so easy! Totally recommend.

We received terrific service from Prosper Air. I wish I could give this business six stars for being quick to respond, making a quick diagnosis, making the repair, and operating in an ethical and honest way. When it's one of the hottest days of the year, you are at the mercy of the air conditioning specialist. Prosper Air did what needed to be done, and no more. The service tech made some recommendations but didn't try to hard sell us into something more expensive. Thank you, thank you!

I used Prosper Air for the first time over a year ago at my old residence for the inspecition to sell. When I moved it was partially unfortunate that I had a home warranty because I was forced to use the company that was provided with it. They were very thorough and helped me get the home sold with their sign-off on my A/C unit.

I'm sure my experience may be a bit out of the ordinary. I called them at 4:30 PM and they were at our house 20 minutes later. Justin found our problem right away which was clogged drainage pipe that fortunately tripped the switch in the drip pan when it got full. He fount that our previous AC company jacked up the drainage lines causing the condensation to back flow into the pan. After he fixed that he took a look at my 2 condensers outside and took a water hose to clean them out. I have a new AC company and set myself up with their service plan which was a third of the cost of our previous

Very thankful for Justin and his crew. After getting home from being out of the country, the inside of our house felt more like the middle of the Mexican jungle, than a comfortable place to rest.
Justin came in and promptly figured things out and had our A/C working properly in about 20 minutes. The A/C cranked out again a couple says later and they repaired it again on a different point.
Really appreciate these guys and would HIGHLY recommend them!

All these reviews you read below is true. I called them after looking them up on Yelp, left them a message and 30 mins later Tabitha calls me back saying they are finishing another job and will swing by to help me out with my AC issues. Tab, Justin and their awesome "in training" son came by, polite and friendly as can be, and quickly determined the problem and got me squared away.
These guys are HONEST people, and they know what they are doing. They don't overcharge you for things you don't need, and do not try to upsell you for no reason.
