We launched our operation in Chicago nineteen years ago, installing windows in some of the country's most beautiful and complicated homes. We had every window in our house replaced. Of all the quotes, W.F.'s came in the lowest (even against exact product elsewhere). Everything from the initial discussions, to the walk-through, to the installation was great. The team was very responsive to questions and making sure they got it all done right. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace one window or a whole house.

We had every window replaced in our house. From quote through installation, we were very pleased with the detail, care, and ease. Initially, we weren't sure if we wanted to replace panes of glass or entire windows. During Petr's walk through, he explained which windows would work to have individual panes replaced versus which were not salvageable. He also carefully explained how installation would work given newer windows aren't as deep so spacers would be inserted to make up the difference. His quote then showed the cost of replacing individual panes where possible versus the entire

I have heard positive reviews from our neighbors so I reached out, so far I am 8th or 9th email in back and forth, I provided all the information requested and still yet to get a response if the quote (partial as there was miscommunication ) includes all taxes and fees. I asked if I could have an in house quote done as I am just really not confident that they are going to order/replace what is actually needed based on responses and that was refused. I guess at this time I am waiting for an actual quote from the owner , we shall see. But I am just really unsure if I would go with them at this point

Received glowing reviews from neighbors and requested a quote, for both my home and the next door neighbor. After a week of back and forth of questions they had for me in order to provide a quote they went silent. No response to phone message. Was emailed finally saying the only person who provides quotes was on vacation. Another week gone by....still nothing. I guess business must be good, but please tell clients if you're not interested in following up.

We purchased a new home in May and one of our first projects was to replace our windows. Petr came to our home and was more of a consultant rather than a salesperson. He advised us on which windows needed replaced, but also told us what windows would just need new glass rather than a new window. Petr made us feel very comfortable in making this purchase and we never felt pressured.

Very professional. On time, completed the job at a fair price. Petr was well informed on products available and advised me on what to purchase for the best quality to cost ratio. If they are booked you will not get any headway. "One call does it all" is not the case. I requested a estimator for 5 windows and a door, and they did not want to come out for an estimate, and suggested I send an email with the project. I sent a fairly detailed request with window sizes to Nick. Then stopped by their Issaquah showroom to speak with him in person. I followed up with a more specific email that included Milgard models that they sell. He said they would get back to me after he spoke with the estimator. Never got a followup call or email from Nick or an estimator.

The Window Fellas have now replaced the majority of the original aluminum frame single pane windows and entry doors in my home. Petr takes the utmost care in helping to lay out all options available for replacement. He is very knowledgeable and clear when it comes to quotes. They were in contact with me before the date of install to confirm, they worked around my schedule and answered all my questions before the job started. Also, I hate talking on the phone, and they were able to answer most of my questions via email. I also did most of the bid review/acceptance via email (I spend a lot of time on phones with suppliers, I don't want to have to do this in my personal time too).
John and Andy were on time and did a great job of installing all 4 windows on the first day. They even got to the first sliding glass door.

Five slider windows in our house gave out with broken seals, so we needed replacement. We could not have asked for a better experience. Petr was great to work with and had plenty of ideas on how to update our skywall. It was scheduled a little ways out, which in my opinion, is a good sign of how busy they are. The project took a few days to complete. Andy, Mike, and Peter were respectful and courteous professionals. The trim work turned out fantastic. They sincerely treated the project like they were installing it in their own home. I talked to several different window & door replacement companies before I went with Window Fellows because of their professionalism (following up with questions and providing information).
Window Fellows replaced 11 windows, 1 skyline, 1 entry door and 1 patio door. And the price was awesome. Let’s put this way, total cost was less than the quote from Anderson Windows for just 11 windows.
They are awesome team. They always come on time. Clean and courteous.
The final product is awesome. Inside & outside molding was installed beautifully. Front door looks like million dollars. What a service
