This is easily the worse company when it comes to customer service and being able to address customer concerns. After spending $2400 at home depot buying codel door I couldn't have imagined that I'll be waiting for close to 2 months to get a basic support request filled. They refused to take responsibility for scratches even before the door got installed claiming that these were transportation and not manufacturing issues. I also couldn't have imagined that codel will do everything they can to come up with reasons why things are not under warranty. Their completely useless warranty
