I called this company only because Yelp shows this company having five stars. Well, I called this company two days ago asking for someone to come out to my home in West Seattle because we wanted to have a shower door installed and a broken seal on a huge living room window replaced. No one ever called me back!!!
Most business are lacking customer service nowadays!!! So sad this company never called me back (oh well) there's other glass companies out there that would like to make a few thousand dollars off of my job

To begin with, it's always pleasing, and a bit surprising, when busy tradespeople immediately answer or return a phone inquiry for a smaller job. The gentleman I spoke to, Ghodi, was very personable, and quickly discussed my needs, recommending the right type of glass for my application. After giving him the dimensions, it only took a couple of days to prepare the order. He offered to deliver the piece, but we coordinated a pickup from his shop instead. The glass fit the top of my coffee table perfectly, with no errors. Ghodi really is on top of his customer service, and the Glass Depot's price

Glass depot is fast and reliable. I’m so happy with my new windows, warmer, less noise and clear view. If you have old double windows, you know what I mean about clear view. I took pictures as soon as I will download from my older phone, I will post them. They work fast and very clean. It was a rainy day but no mess inside the house. I recommend them to my neighbors.

After getting a few quotes for an extra large window replacement decided to go with Glass Depot. Everything went according to plan. Upon completion, Ghodi and Mike both both found a manufacturing defect (I wouldn't have noticed for days or even weeks). They rescheduled for today and just finished up with replacement window. It's excellent and I'm even more impressed by their professionalism. Highly recommend.

I left a message on a Thursday evening after hours to ask for help replacing a broken single pane window. Ghodi called me back after 8 p.m., asked for basic dimensions, and came out and replaced the pane the following day. The entire cost of the job was less than the minimum trip charge that some of the bigger outfits wanted to charge us just to show up. I would definitely use him again.

We needed a glass replaced in our china cabinet. I called today and it was fixed today. So grateful and so impressed by the service and finished product. Mike was great. He arrived and within minutes I had a new glass. I wish all the home improvement projects were so easy. Highly recommended!!!! Five stars!!!!

Of the five quotes, I got, Goudi had the lowest quote. His quote was almost 20% lower than some of the others like glass doctor. I was worried about quality since his price was so low. So I even checked with some of the other vendors to understand why they are unable to meet the low price or if they can tell me what is wrong with the lower price from Goudi. They gave me the exact part number of the glass they will be ordering and specs. On comparison, I figured Goudi was also giving me the same product so he is simply able to manage a low cost structure, probably due to personally taking care of

Highly recommend!!! I requested a quote through yelp and received a call from the owner within minutes. He quoted me less than half of what everyone else quoted and was at our house within the hour on a Sunday (!) with no extra charge. Amazing! We will be using him for other projects and telling everyone to do the same!

His response to my call was rapid , his prices were far cheaper than anyone else (which made me a little nervous about the potential quality), the glass came in on time, and he offered to drive crosstown to deliver it the same day. I was referred to Glass Depot by a friend. I needed a glass repair done for my shower door.
Made a quick call and my appointment was set for the same week.
They came and did some measurements and gave me a pricing , that I couldn't pass.
Ghodi, was the one who helped from beginning till the end of installation. He was helpful, communicated all the steps and was courtesy.

My sliding door was scretched due to pets constantly scratching the glass. I called glass Depot and Ghodi showed up and he did measurement and quoted the replacement and he said he will get the glass manufacted and would call me to schedule a replacement time with in a week to 10 days.
As I was told about 5 days later he called me and said your glass is ready when is a proper time to get it installed so we arrange the time he in right on time and called in a couple minutes prior to inform me he was coming.
