Michan sold me a screen door replacement. She said she would put it in for us as we have no idea how to do that. Now she says she can’t do it, someone else will have to do it for 400$. I’ve waited more than six weeks for the door which was over 300$, now expected to pay 400$ for installation! I do not recommend this business.

I am delayed in writing this review as we were also working to restore/paint the exterior of our house after the window installation and I wanted to provide before/after photos so the quality of the window installation would show.
While not the cheapest option we were quoted, Michan won us over with her knack for design elements and an eye for subtle detail. Tony's installation team was slightly delayed getting to our project but when they arrived managed to install all 30 windows in 3 days. Very impressive!

We had an exceptional experience working with Michan and Tony and their installation team to replace practically every window and door in our 1920s West Seattle home (26 products total). We were interested in replacement due to uncomfortable indoor temperatures in both the winter and summer and we interviewed two other companies before choosing West Seattle Window & Door. I can't say enough about the service and kind attention we received from West Seattle Window & Door. After having the typical run around experience with less expensive doors at Home Depot, we decided to just go with a local company. We were not sorry. We had lovely choices with considerate, patient help from Michon Rhodes and Tony the installer. Once the door was ordered and arrived, 1,2, 3 it was installed and looks beautiful. Ben at West Seattle Window & Door was beyond helpful. He paid attention to every detail to make sure we ordered the right windows for the house we built. If he hadn't been involved the architect would have let me purchase some expensive windows that we wouldn't have ended up being able to use. Thank God, Ben saved us!
