MJM did my original driveway about four years ago. We just had them come in and do an extension (for added parking) this past month and it turned out fantastic! We had our driveway paved in May by MJM. It was about a 1/2 acre total and needed dirt work to eliminate the lake that was building due to poor dirtwork by our contractor. These guys were amazing. The flow of runoff now is like a work of art. Fun to watch the water in heavy downpours as it flows away from the structure perfectly. We can't give a higher rating than a 5 although they deserve a 10.

Received quote in May with a schedule in July. MJM was out in July as indicated as weather was favorable. Could only receive prep work at that time due to ground moisture. They offered a 12” digout but could not promise settling issues even at 12”.
I monitored driveway for water issues and as soon as I called to say I felt it was ready I was back on the schedule the following week. Their pricing was excellent compared to a few other quotes that I received. Definitely recommend.

Great family business! We hired MJM to re-seal our driveway. They were very clear from beginning about the process and cost. The weather didn't cooperate entirely so MJM maintained a flexible schedule and called me daily to provide updates once the project was started. Our driveway looks so much better and gives me peace of mind knowing I won't have to worry about water/ice tearing up the driveway. Thank you MJM!

MJM did a great job on getting me just what I was looking for! They can provide you with everything you will need for the layout your are looking to put down while factoring in all your wants/needs. They are very timely and efficient at completing the job and are still able to put out an excellent finished product. They may not be the cheapest asphalt contractor in the area, however in the long run I would rather pay a bit more for excellent work! In the end you'll get what you pay for and these guys are worth it!

First thing I heard her say when I called for the hours ... "Who is this? And what do you want??" Rude!!! If you own a damn business or work for one where you answer phone calls then at least learn to be polite and respect your customers. I don't know how well they do their work but the lady on the phone sure was hostile. After I explained to her that I only need to drop off a payment she then softened up and became informative and later apologizing that she thought I was someone calling about the stoves (business next door). MJM is a asphalt paving company that does patchwork, new lays, and crack sealing. They do both commercial and residential (aka parking lots and driveways). They are professional, courteous, and timely. Winter is a hard time on Alaskan driveways, and at some point, you're probably going to need some repairs or replacement of your driveway. These folks are great, and the ones to do the job! We've been using them as our source for paving for a few years, and we're happy with their work.
