Critical: Professionalism
Was going to get my driveway repaved, but after seeing the way the owner used Covid loans to support Mayor Bronson's campaign and now the campaign against an assembly member, he just won't be getting my business.... ever...

Critical: Professionalism
They are working next door and have blocked my driveway and have tools spread in my yard. There is plenty of room in the neighbors yard for them to put their tools, and why would they think it’s ok to block my driveway and mailbox?? Extremely unprofessional.

McKenna Brothers was the final step in a 5 month long neighborhood street renovation off Jewel Lake and Dimond Blvd. I had a small area of pavement next to the concrete in my garage collapse leaving a 3 gallon sized hole. I heard some companies will repair personal property in the neighborhood at a discount so I went to talk to a foreman at the job site. Low and behold the paving was going on that morning. I thought it would be to late to get a job ordered, but I thought I’d ask anyways. I was directed to Mr. McKenna and told him my predicament. He very graciously just told me to bring some buckets

The teenagers they have out plowing for the city, on Meadow Creek Dr in Eagle River, are basically creating curbs/steps in front of several homeowner’s driveways and side streets. Teaching them finesse might be an idea. They took a giant chunk out of my “berm” and then left it, I had to shovel snow back onto the bottom of my driveway and pack it down to keep from bottoming out every time I entered or exited my driveway.

McKenna Bros has the snow removal contract for the Mat Su Borough. It took them nearly 48 hours to clear our secondary subdivision road after a March snowfall. Then the plow operator left a 12-14" by 30' long berm across our driveway. The berm was 45" wide at the base and hard a concrete. A call to the borough operations office was made at 8:02 am. It is now 1:30 pm and no berm removal. This after another call and photos sent showing the berm. Good service? I think not. I'm tired of cleaning up after you guys with my time and limited equipment. From what I see, you guys are over your head and can
