Decorative aluminum systems are designed to enhance and beautify your property. Chris and his brother were very friendly and professional. They did great work at a very reasonable rate. I needed to replace my broken gates because of a pool in the backyard. They recommended a quick repair to save me money instead of replacing them. What contractor does that? They didn't try to upsell me at all.

In May, 2021, I had 3 different fence companies give me estimates for vinyl fencing at the rear of my property(110’) and the front two sides with two gates, one for landscaper mower, the other to connect with my neighbor’s. It was critical to have the side with the larger gate to be as close as possible to that other neighbor’s metal fence so that deer couldn’t squeeze through. Chris, the owner, drew a very detailed map of HOW this was to be accomplished. The other two companies had renderings that were a joke… with no adequate explanation of solving that issue. Great pricing and a great install. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Admiral Fence to remove my existing fence and install a post and rail replacement . Awesome experience with Admiral. While we had to wait over 3 months for scheduling, it was well worth the wait. Their price came in on the higher side but the quality of the fence materials and craftsmanship in the install really shows. Got a ton of compliments from neighbors already. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with as well. Really happy and glad I chose Admiral!!

Horrible customer service!!! I just got off the phone with Joanne-the receptionist. After waiting 3 weeks for an estimate and after emailing and calling, I finally was told they had the estimate. No one notified me of this.
The first receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude the entire conversation. After reviewing the estimate, I called back and requested that it be itemized.
That receptionist passed me on to Joanne who told me that she did not want to redo the estimate to itemize it as I had asked and I should just tell my neighbor verbally the price of the item.

I used Admiral Fence on three separate occasions. They installed a cedar picket, cedar privacy and aluminum pool fence on my property. This is a company that stands behind its work. When I encountered a complicated permit issue with my town, Chris worked with me to propose a solution that was reasonable and took all my concerns into consideration. Craig is a perfectionist and he and his team completed beautiful installations. They may do a good job at Installing fences but they pushed my appointment to look at my property 3 times out 2 months. Mixed up one appointment date then" forgot my phone number" didn't show up on the last one and called two days later saying they can reschedule for two weeks after that. We waited two weeks for Chris to come out to our house. After his visit he promised us a written estimate the next day via email. After three days when the estimate wasn't emailed as promised, we called and were told we'd have our estimate the next day. Short story, we never got an estimate. Wasted our time. Wish they could have been honest and just told us they didn't want the job. Guess we dodged a bullet.

I got a fence through admiral fence back in 2013. I went to sell my house 6 years later and found out they hadn't closed the fence permit out. unfortunately we failed inspection due to the fence being on town property. I am giving them 5 stars based on how they handled the situation. Chris the owner didn't give me a hard time at all. He came and checked the property line and although he didn't agree with the findings of the town inspector he moved my fence at $0 cost to me with no problems and didn't give me a hard time about it. My fence install took place today. The fence is absolutely beautiful and the scent from the cedar is amazing. The men arrived on time as did the delivery of the fence. They worked very well (there were 3 men) and left the entire clean when they were done. Throughout the process from signing the contract to the end Christopher kept in touch with me keeping me updated on steps and any delays. Arranging for the install took a long time. However, in the end the time I waited was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this company.

My Stars is soley based on my interaction with Chris! Chris was a pleasure to do the initial consultation with, however, all changed soon after. Chris promised a quote in 24 hours, however after 48 hours, a call had to be placed to the office inquiring about the status.
I was greeted by the most hostile woman, at this point I'm assuming it was Joanne, because she didn't even give me her name before she blew off at the mouth to me, telling me how busy he is. And how, coincidentally, he was in the process of working on my quote and would be sending it over shortly. Nothing I hate

Update 2: the fence is now installed as of last friday. Joanne kept in contact with me throughout the process before the installation to let me know where we were with the permit, etc. Then Craig and crew came through as expected, calling when they were stuck in a bit of traffic just to let me know they were going to be slightly later. Everyone were terrific, professional, and kept me apprised of their progress and doings all day, which included pulling up old fencing (both wooden and chainlink), dealing with some random building garbage that were left from who knows when, and disposing of

This is the new entry way Admiral fence installed at the end of our driveway. We are so excited with how beautiful this turned out and the pergola here matches the pergola on the front of our house exactly as well as the light latte colored panels to our house siding. Rude and unprofessional. They did not show up on the day they were supposed to and never called. When I called them and asked for an explanation, I was given a hostile response and then they hung up on me! They also told me in the initial assessment that a permit was not needed, which was incorrect. I asked for clarification on this and was ignored. With all the other options out there, I can't recommend this company.
