Chris and staff were very professional and kept us appraised of changes to installation timelines. That said, recognize that this is a smaller, family-run business; as such, everything is supervised to a tee by Chris. So, there were a couple of changes to the schedule. This doesn't work for everybody and I can imagine it would be frustrating for someone with an inflexible schedule. If you can stomach that though, the workmanship and turnaround time were great and pricing was quite competitive.
