You make an appointment with them to come out and give you estimate for repair/installation and they never show up. Even after you speak to them several times. And they promise this day or that. They dont even call back when promised. How could you ever hire people to do paid work that are so unreliable? I wouldn,t pay them a dime for this foolishness. Pass them by. There are a number of great fence fabricators and installers in the area that are professional, can handle their business and won,t waste your time.

Awful experience with them. They took my deposit no problem. Then it took them 4 MONTHS to fully install my fence. They started the fence 5 weeks after I gave them my deposit. Then they put in small pieces of my fence at a time with weeks in between the project. They installed the wrong gate and it took a couple of months to get the new gate (and it wasn't custom or anything). During the process I would call to ask when they'd fill the holes that they dug (they mismeasured WHERE the holes should go the first time) and they literally laughed at me on the phone. This should

They did half of our back yard fencing about six years ago. The quality of the fence posts they used was very bad. We are now having the other half of our back yard done by another company and we already have to replace about ten rotted posts that is most of them. Also, the people that they sent to do the job tried to make side deals with us over the fencing that was not being replaced at the time.
