This company came out with-in hours same day while other companies couldn’t come out in weeks for inspections. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about wildlife. If I could give 5 more stars I would! 10 out of 10 would recommend to all!

I used another company for treating my yard for mosquitoes but never seemed to get better. The day after Taps treatment to my yard we had next to no mosquitos! Great technician, he definitely knows about bugs. Ive already recommended to my family members.

My boyfriend signed up to use Taps Pest Control and they have been unresponsive to our calls and requests for the services enrolled in. We found termites and they won’t even return our phone call. Alex hasn’t responded well for over a year and has spent more time apologizing than killing pests. Comes out in the beginning and gets you to sign up and… then never shows up again. We had to miss work on a Monday morning waiting for him just for him to not show and not respond still a week later. This is ridiculous and I would never suggest this company to my worst enemy. Watch out

I used Alex and I can say that I am sorry that I did. I recommended him to all my neighbors and I am embarrassed that I did. He charged me for services not completed and if it wasn’t for my cameras I wouldn’t have known he wasn’t showing up. Claimed to have done work in places that I couldn’t see until multiple people came behind me to tell me that in fact the work had not been done. What a real shame. I finally let him go after repeatedly failing to show up to correct the work. Eco smart pest is where I went and have had a great experience. Way cheaper as well.

We recently moved to Florida from Boston and wanted to have our property treated for "pests". I reached out to Taps Pest Service for a quote. Alex responded right away and set up a time for the next day to walk our property and provide a quote for services. Alex was very knowledgable and thorough. He was very polite and friendly. We received the quote for services and their prices are below the big name companies but you are getting a personalized service. I’ve been trying to treat my home in my own to no success. As soon as Alex came it was like he knew everything he needed to know as soon as he saw the ants I had. He answered every question I had. Instead of a sales man he seem to genuinely care that I knew everything I needed to know about what he needed to do, and why they were in my home in the first place. I had an infestation of unwanted guests in my home. I contacted Taps and they came right out. Alex was friendly, professional and efficient. They did the job they promised, eradicating my unwanted guests, at the price they quoted. Even when they ran into unexpected situations due to the age of the home, they successfully resolved them at the original quoted price. I was so happy with the service I contracted to have them provide year round protection. I recommend them highly.

We were unfortunate to acquire extra house guess. Taps pest control was excellent, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. Don't waste your time on any other company.. these guys were fantastic and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price. Follow up and communication was excellent.

I recently moved into my new house and found that I had some uninvited guests living below. Taps was one of many companies that provided an estimate and not only were they the least expensive but they provided a much more comprehensive plan of action to not only remove the critters but also prevent them and their friends from returning.
