I had my furnace and AC replaced in early July by Ron-Jon and it was the best experience ever! The guys who came in and installed it were very professional and efficient! Stephanie in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! What a wonderful company!! My dad’s a/c died in the beginning of June during a heatwave. I spoke with Donna ( who is awesome) at Ron Jon and she sent Todd over the same day. Todd was so wonderful and kind. He was very concerned because my father is 90 and the house was so hot. He suggested putting in the new condenser outside first and hooking it up to the old air handler in the attic just to get the air working as a temporary fix until they could come back and replace the ductwork and air handler. They were booked through July.

During the summer heat wave when no other company would go to service our AC since they didn't install it, a Ron Jon's tech went into the 100+ degree attic to make the needed repairs. Since then we have used them to replace a furance and hot water heater, and we have been impressed with their professionalism and honesty. The support has been great from the customer support team in the office (thanks Donna and Lisa!) and the techs have all been wonderful. They work on one of our rental properties, and we are glad to have Ron Jon be responsive to our HVAC needs.

Ron Jon just finished doing their third install for us.
We've been treated great! Great service, from the beginning proposal, to the set up, install, and turn on! The guys do a clean neat job, always on schedule, always responsive, and the office staff is always a pleasure to work with (especially Donna!)!

We called Ron Jon in the morning and they were at my house by 11am that day. They lady Donna who helped schedule my appointment was great and very helpful! She was very nice and made my day with her sense of humor. Joe, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and had all the parts needed on hand. He was in and out within 30-45 minutes and fixed my air conditioning system! He probably would have been out faster if I didn't ask so many questions! But now I am "pro" at understanding my own system! :)

Ron Jon you are AMAZING!!! From the initial meeting for a quote to the final piece of paperwork. The entire team (crew, Ron, Jon, lovely ladies in the office) are helpful, patient and diligent. The entire process was seamless - appt confirmations, people arrived when they said they would and the installation process was incredible. Ron Jon arrived at 8am and were totally finished by 4.21pm the same day! There was very little mess/clean up after (which I found amazing) and the ducts are all perfectly aligned - especially good if you have a keen eye for detail!!! HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering

Stay away. They installed our a/c years ago. With that being said, I was using them for our annual start-up. At first the service seemed very thorough but after several years they were in and out of the attic in less than 10 minutes. I started using another company for our start up.
Fast forward to August 2019, we had our air conditioning replaced by the new company. Get the inspector for electrical and we failed. New company put sub panel where Ron Jon put it which was in a spot that couldn't be reached. Not sure how we passed inspection the first time. Stay away and find a reputable

My experience with Todd's crew at Ron-Jon was great. A large crew arrived early led by Rafael and Ramon. They separated into their respective tasks at hand and completed a large install in one day. Very neat, pleasant, and respectful of our home.
Would definitely recommend Ron-Jon to friends and family.

The worst customer service. On two separate occasions I've called them because they do all the HVAC work for my employer in town (very large corporate account). Both times, two separate events, I've called desperate because of an urgent situation at my house. I was told to leave a voicemail and that someone would call me back. This past occasion netted now 8 days with no return call. Just like last time I tried to deal with them. All I'd ask for is a return call. I guess they only want large corporate accounts. I will never call again and will let others know.

In 2010 we did a major addition and our excellent contractor used Ron-Jon as his HVAC sub. That was his only mistake. They had agreed to replace all duct work in existing structure (built in 1937) but after they "completed" the job and handy replaced the duct work we made them come back and honor the agreement. Then we had multiple issues with maintenance, very sloppy unprofessional workers so we ended that. In 2016 we did another renovation and our contractor used Rom-Jon again since they "knew" the system. These guys are so unprofessional. They were trying to figure something

We have been using Ron-Jon for over 20 years for maintenance and repairs on our air conditioning system. It finally came time to replace one of our units. We selected Ron-Jon not only because their price was reasonable but because everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and knowledgable.
They arrived on time, kept everything clean where they worked, finished the job within the time frame they promised and did not try to "upsell" us at all.
Without a doubt one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor at our home.

Every year we get an offer for annual maintenance from these guys and every year it serves as a reminder and makes me mad. This year... 1 star review therapy!
In 2007 when we were in the process of moving from NYC to Short Hills, we contracted Ron-Jon to put another central AC system in to service the 1st floor, which had none as-was. They were recommended by our real estate lady, who shall remain nameless.
We had a tight schedule because we were having the floors refinished and the floor guy said that he needed the AC running to help the floors dry because of the humidity. When we dropped
