William has been servicing our furnace and HVAC systems ever since we moved into our home back in 2015. The service we have done is routine maintenance so their optimal performance is maintained. House hasn't had any heat for a long time I called Mike came over and the estimate was very fair priced they were supposed to come in Thursday but do to the huge snow storm they came a day earlier great crew! I got a few estimates, and Air Expos was the best one, and Michael did not try to sell me a unit bigger than I needed, like some of the others I called, but did recommend a quality appropriately sized unit. Mikey is awesome. Excellent customer service. Always has a tech to come ASAP if he isn't. He was at my house and diagnosed the issue and went and got the parts and it was done in a few hours. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team! We called them multiple times with no heat and each team they came the same day. They tried so hard to fix our old boiler but it came time to replace it and they did ASAP. They also installed our ductless AC units 2 years ago and everything went smoothly. Mike and his team care about the… families they do business with and most importantly they are honest and up front. It will never be a bad decision if you reach out to Air Expo for your HVAC needs. I would recommend Air Expo to everyone. Our tech that came out Miguel was knowledgeable, personable and polite. He explained everything to me and most importantly fixed my air-conditioning on these hot days! We had them come to our house last summer and they fixed our air conditioning. They are very reliable.

We've known Air expo for over 10 years. Mike installed our new condensing unit for AC about 10 years ago and has maintained the air conditioning and heating system in our home for many years. Just recently we thought our AC crapped out on us and called Mike on a Sunday afternoon and of course the scorching heat upon us as it is early /mid July. Mike returned our phone call right away and said he will be here in a few hours. It was already late at night and yes he did show up as stated and gave us good news.
