Dan and John were amazing to work with on what turned into a much larger roofing project than anyone expected. The short of it is the whole AVR team demonstrated great communication, willingness to coordinate with the other parties involved to fix the structural damage and mold we found, and a huge amount of flexibility to meet our timing needs. Adrian who was on site was incredibly kind and we are so impressed by the hard work that the entire team demonstrated. The crew and leadership team is simply amazing and we can't express our gratitude or recommend them enough.

Until just recently I have never had to have any roof work done and had lots of questions about the process. Both John and Dan took the time to listen to all my questions and guide me through the reroof project.
When the work began the men from Alta Vista showed up on time and worked long and hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Additionally, after each long day the men took the extra steps to cleanup the job-site to keep it as tidy and organized as possible.

We were thrilled by the workmanship and professionalism from the Alta Vista team. Dan guided us through the project from start to finish and provided education based on his 15+ years of experience in the industry. We took their advice to heart because they approach their clients with the attitude of "if it were my own home I would...". We were never sold something we didn't need. They even found a way to vent our bathroom fan midway through the project. There was excellent communication throughout (daily calls/texts with project updates and what to expect). I cannot imagine a better roofing company than Alta Vista. The final price was to the penny of their initial quote. The roof looks fabulous! It was done to the day when they said it would be completed. At the end of each day’s work, the job site was completely clear of all the debris. Not a scrap on the ground anywhere. My neighbors were as impressed as I was. MB
