Lon is a military veteran whose service as an officer includes tours in Okinawa, Korea, West Africa, Iraq, and Afghanistan. After leaving the military, Lon was a logistics manager for companies that constructed power plants. Wanting to return to his family in Utah and seeing an opportunity to help homeowners, he established Rock Top Construction.

Rock Top was a great company to work with. They were on time when they worked and they let me know everything that was going on. The most imporant part was when other companies said that I would need to repalce all of my plywood on the roof at a cost of $9,000 Rock Top said that only a small part of the plywood would need replacing that ended up saving me $8,000. I was given sesveral options to choose and the work was done on time.

Rock Top Roofing performed perfectly. They created an estimate that came in at a fair price. They replaced my roof sooner that expected and came in right on cost. I was able to have all of this done while on assignment in Japan. The team was supportive, open, and honest through the entire process. The job came out great. My name is Ronald Haycock, with Pratt and LeFevre Corporation. I met Lon VomBaur at a networking meeting and liked what he suggested. We had our roof replaced. Not only was he on time, me made sure that his sub contractors finished well, cleaned up and did the job right. He came back several times after to inspect. He also did a follow up ceiling repair where his contractor took out the swamp cooler. He also worked with the insurance company to make sure we were paid and he completed the forms for us. I called Lon to get an idea of where my roof was at after a quote for a 17k repair. Thank you Lon for your honesty and professionalism. Lon advised me our roof had another 5 years in it and gave us advice of what should be done each year. If I ever need a new roof or a repair I will use Rock Top. Thanks again :)
