My experience with the Roofing Center was great. They installed a Tilcor steel roof on my cabin in a somewhat remote location. I had asked that special attention be given to trying to seal the roof from pest intrusion and I think they gave it the extra effort. The installer, Jose, did a great job and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. It took a few more days than estimated, but I think a lot of that was due to the extra travel time involved. There was a hitch or two with material delivery but everyone I dealt with in the company were very courteous, helpful and honestly, a pleasure

We are thrilled with our new roof. We live in the mountains and went with a black matte metal roof that elevated the overall aesthetic of our home. The quality, style and attention to detail went beyond our expectations. Chris was extremely helpful from start to finish and an excellent communicator. He stopped by frequently to assess progress and was well respected by his team. When choosing a roofing company I would highly recommend The Roofing Center.

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Michael singlehandedly outperformed any other customer service team that I've dealt with in any industry.
We ran into some issues during installation that I noticed and brought to Michael's attention via text (after hours) and he called me back immediately. Within 24 hours, the owner of the company, and the project manager had both contacted the manufacturer, tracked down a local product specialist for Boral roofing, and arranged a time to meet with the construction crew, both of them, and myself the next day.
They listened to all of my concerns and

Our sales reps, Mike and Steven, were very spot on with their estimates. We had no "surprise" costs at the end of the job. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in developing a plan for a total roof replacement. They addressed our problems and took steps to prevent any leakage around the chimney. The team working on the roof were efficient, professional and conscientious with our roof. The sub contractor that replaced the gutter and added leaf guards were fantastic. Jordan, the office manager, was a delight to work with. Jordan was there every step of the way. We appreciate the beautiful job
