Cass and Kyle, technicians, arrived on time and were friendly, informative, helpful, and provided helpful tips. I felt very comfortable with them, and they shared many tips for saving money. They took the time to explain how I could prevent any damage to my units. Both technicians were knowledgeable and respectfully shared their expertise.

Sammie Clark is very knowledgeable and thorough. He came to inspect our furnace, gave us options for ways to fix and improve it (without any pressure towards a particular price bracket). Kyle and Cass to the rescue! Our new heater went out and we were feeling pretty frozen. Sleeping with all the blankets in the house piled on our kids, working from home in full winter garb. Kyle and Cass came and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Great communication, responsive, attentive, and very personable. They made a great team!

This is the horrible installation by Mitchell Heating. They sent a technician out & he confirmed the poor installation. They refused to correct the line blocking access to the front of my furnace. They also refused to give me any of the original installation records after requesting them several times. My furnace is only 6 years old, has had water pooling around it, a possible cracked drain pan, & a Cracked heat exchanger. Their only response was that my furnace is out of warranty & refused to fix their installation. I will be submitting a complaint to Lennox.

The Guys at Mitchell did an incredible job installing my new furnace and AC. Very professional and hard working group. Along with the great service, the pricing was outstanding! After researching the typical cost of a furnace replacement, I was prepared to spend a certain amount. Just because I was curious, I asked what the price would be if we did an AC unit at the same time as the furnace. The price for both a new furnace and AC were what I had planned on spending just for a new furnace. Thank you Mitchell for the job well done and I will gladly recommend you to anyone on the market for heating
