That's twice now that these folks have helped me out. First one was a few years ago when my heater was making a funny noise and randy came out and looked at it and was super helpful. Then again today when my heat went out I spoke to Ann who suggested clearing the two feet of snow off covering the flu on my roof. Many thanks!

I am blown away by their incredible service and reasonable price. They came out within an hour after calling them. I had no heat. Another company (Welzig) wanted to charge me double the price and put me off till next week. A Quality had part in stock and on the truck. Fixed in under an hour. I recommend them highly for any home needs. Thank you for great experience.

Randy and Gayle came out on very short notice this morning to look at our AC unit, which they had serviced for the first time 2 months ago. Water was flowing out of the bottom and it was determined that our coil would need to be replaced before next summer. However, knowing it is an expensive fix, they offered to recharge our unit at no charge to get us through the rest of the summer and give us time to save up for the repair. Not only that, Randy alerted me to a small leak at our gas meter outside and told me to contact Excel as soon as possible to get it fixed. Excel came out shortly after that

My furnace went out today. Randy and Gayle were here within 30 minutes, had the furnace running 45 minutes later. They were prompt, courteous and fixed my furnace for a very fair price. I asked them to make sure they put a sticker with their information on the furnace for future reference. It's a 20 year old furnace and they did not recommend replacement unless the heat exchanger goes out, everything else is much less expensive than a new furnace. I had 3 sleeping toddlers in the house and they were so respectful of that and quiet. The little ones never woke up!

Top notch service and honest local company. I've used Gayle and Randy for years and love that they understand I would rather fix something than replace it. They are very experienced and carry most parts in their truck so they can fix something right then vs ordering a part and rescheduling. Great selection and price on Furnace and AC installs and replacements too.
