This company is all about quality work. My service representative Janihlo is an absolute gentleman and a true professional. My pool is left after each visit beautiful and clean. The service representatives come dressed in uniforms well identified as to who they are, so you never have to guess who is walking around your property. The office staff has never not taken a call or answered an email promptly. Their rates are highly competitive as well. I would highly recommend JMC. Their service is spot on.

I had JMC Pools come and give an estimate along with 3 other pool companies. During that time, not only were they the lowest price, the were the ones that responded in the most timely manner and one other company did not respond at all. They had to resurface my pool replace the light, new water line tile and design, change the pool from chlorine to an automated saltwater system and I had them resurface the entire patio with travertine. From start to finish, they were always on time, and having a customer service manager back round for the last 20+ years, they gave outstanding customer service throughout

When there is a complaint, he always sides up with his Brazilian help, whom in most of cases do not even speak English..
He changes service people very often, and you have to deal with newcomers all the time, who does seem that they do not even know what they are doing.

They installed the Aqualink system for my pool. Marcelo gave me a date for installation, The parts were delivered and the next day the installers were on site early. They started at 8 am and completed the installation by 3pm.
They were efficient and neat. I would highly recommend this company
