The owner, Carlos, first off he does very quality work. We replaced a old pool pump and filter and all plumbing associated with it . Carlos gave me a very fair estimate, then did a great job from the first phone call and text and all steps in between until the job was completed. He will leave you with a set of instructions for new install if needed. He is very honest, great communicator, very informative and professional. He knows the pool business. He took a rats nest of old plumbing and pool equipment and turned to into a very clean organized install!! Carlos did a great Job and I would recommend

Poor service . Had them for about a year. Caught them 3 times with trying to say my chemicals are off after I ran test. Had a pool for 20 plus years. Even tried a stick test.... no chlorine ... none.... was just here the day before you figure a pool company since it rained would test pools ? I pay for the chemicals anyway instead he defends rather than fix. Pool companies are a dime a dozen. I’ll find one that want the business .

Carlos came out to my house at 7:30AM to show me how to use the pool in my new house and tell me about his company's services, because that was the only time that fit in my schedule. That said a lot to me about his customer service. I signed up with him that day and I'm very happy that I did. As a first time pool owner he's made me feel very comfortable. The technician assigned to my house has been courteous and does a great job. The pool looks great!
