After spending hours online researching the right submersible pump to dry out our cellar after weeks of rainfall, we were more than grateful to find Clay King's informative video on youtube where he explains how to dry out your cellar, DIY. It was remarkable to reach him by phone first try, and upon his recommendation we purchased a Simer 1/4 hp submersible pump that worked perfectly.

Called Clay @ 830pm on a sat night for flooded basement. He offered to come right over, but since I at least had the leak under control, I opted for a morning visit. He told me what I needed to do to make sure things were secure for the night and was here first thing in the morning. He was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with mold prevention information. Checked for moisture in the walls and under carpets to see how far the water actually went. He cleaned and sprayed to prevent mold from forming in the effected area. Very happy with the service and information I was given.

I highly recommend AAA Flood Drying! They are dependable, prompt, pay attention to every detail, easy to get a hold of and did an all around great job drying out our flooded finished basement!! They came to our house within hours of me placing the initial call, immediately setup portable dryers and an industrial dehumidifier to get the drying process started until they could come back the next morning. The next day they ripped out the saturated carpeting and cut the drywall up as far as necessary as water had seeped in and mold would've certainly been an issue had they not been so prompt

I highly recommend this company. I had a major issue with moisture in my attic. When I called this company for help, the gentleman I spoke to spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining possible causes and solutions. The company was extremely busy due to recent weather and was not going to be able to get to me for a while, so gentleman went out of his way to assist me in fixing the problem over the phone.
