I really can’t begin to say enough about this company. They took my call and were polite, respectful and really prompt in the midst of what was an awful crisis.
Every member of the team was top notch. I trusted them immediately and they went above and beyond. In the midst of serious damage and loss one of the gentlemen even stopped to talk to my son about his ruined yearbook which was really upsetting him.
I hope you never need their crisis management but if you do THIS is who you should hire!!

Had kitchen fire which totalled our kitchen and sent soot and smoke all throughout every area of the house. Called Lawrence MA serve pro in early am and they had project manager Steve on site within an hour to assess damage and build cleaning plan. Steve was easy to deal with and quick with communication. He provided detailed info about the process. Office staff kept in touch with us daily about the schedule. Cleaning smoke damage requires extensive deep detailed cleaning and is hard work which requires specific cleaning skills. The cleaning team was extremely friendly and professional and easy

Our organization's experience with ServePro was top notch. They are a community partner, and were generous enough to donate a backpack sanitizer sprayer (and disinfectant solution) for our day-to-day operations.
