I like the prices you offer with a discount. I am waiting for my present contract to expire with another company to switch to cove. I think your prices are reasonable. Less than others with the middle man.

I am really pleased with my experiences with COVE so far. Both their software and the hardware are easy to navigate and install. The components make sense and it's easily customizable. I've had great customer service each time I've called, whether it was a technical issue, billing, or ordering an extra item. They also give a military discount! The app is easy to use and it alerts you when there's someone at the door or in the yard. Once a plastic bag flew into my pool and I was getting messages all day but it was kind of funny. I can check the cameras in real time on my phone.

I purchased a cove security system and I will say I am not impressed. I am on day two of trying to set up the system and am still waiting for Cove Smart to send my panel update so I can activate my system devices. While you can call 24/7 and speak to a "live person", please be assured that person has no authority and is only able to help you with basic tasks that you can perform by using online help. It is a call center, nothing more. When I asked to speak with someone in a supervisory position I was told there was no one available. Thank goodness they have a generous return policy. Do not waste

I ordered three Outdoor Cameras in November 16, 2921. They arrived with no battery chargers or mounting hardware. I have been calling or writing al.ost daily to obtain battery chargers. I have had four orders aced. Two were cancelled without warning by Cove and two arrived wrong. After one full month I still have no battery chargers and can find nobody willing to assist me. Without the battery chargers the cameras can not be used. I am not happy with Cove customer service which is not customer oriented. Is there anyone in Cove willing to help?

After firing ADT who is horrible I really like Cove the customer service is superior they are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful my only challenge with Cove is they took a week to ship my system and once received it does not work- because it has corrupted Firmware. I'm still waiting for the update. I see others have the same issue. Why are you shipping out systems to protect your trusting customers homes knowing it has Firmware that will not work???.

I went from ADT to Cove hoping that I will get better rates and similar equipment. When I first received the equipment, the sensors were not trigging, I called almost every single day for one week trying to solve the issue. One of the representatives said that was a firmware problem and need 24h to update, after 24h, the problem still there. Another 2 different representative said they will send me a whole complete new system, which they don't give a confirmation of it, they don't tell when it is going to be shipped, tracking number or nothing. We received our initial system in 5 or 6 days, we set it up and by the next morning the panel had froze and we could not use it. After calling customer service they had us reset the system which caused us to have to reconnect all 13 windows two glass breaks three doors two smoke alarms and two motion detectors in our home. We had to do this three times. Every time the panel would freeze up within a few hours. Finally they told us they were going to send us a new panel because we had a faulty one. I purchased this system when COVE was a new company, in the summer of 2019 for about $300. I had the SimpliSafe Security system which met my needs but decided I'd give COVE a try. The advertisements for their system was great and I wanted to support a new business. From the very beginning I had issues. The first issue was connectivity with the panel. COVE was a new business and did not have the wireless coverage in my area to keep the system panel online; yet they sold me the system without any questions or concerns of wireless connections in my area. I'm beyond impressed with how easy this system was to set up and to use... exceedingly simple. There are some features I miss from my prior Digital Life system, and from what I gather they will be adding more features along the way with time. All-in-all I am extremely pleased with the decision to try Cove. I did not expect them to live up to their advertising, and they totally do.

I ordered Cove Security equipment because it works very similar to an older system I had from X10.com
With many exceptions like camera monitoring,
System is monitored, and convenient phone app that allows remote operation (my favorite).
I am very satisfied with the system.
