We have a wasp problem at our complex that ER Moore has a contract with. Had a couple wasp nests that they had taken care of except one. We let landlord know and 2 weeks later it was still there. Contacted landlord and he got a hold of ER Moore. His response was that they had not taken care of it because a car was parked under the nest.
