They were recommended by a friend for pool repairs that I need done after the freeze in February. We set an appointment for a week after my call. I texted them the day before to get an approximate time of arrival and I was told sometime around midday. That day came and went...NO SHOW, NO CALL!

I cannot recommend Bowen Pools. They were scheduled to replace our skimmer and identify a suction side leak. An invoice for $1,395 was sent over. $1,300 for the skimmer replacement and $95 for the service call for the suction side leak. We were asked to pay half this amount to get on the schedule, so we paid $700.
On Tuesday, 6/2, the office manager called me to say that someone would be out on 6/8 to look at the suction side leak. I asked if they would be fixing the leak the same day and she said it would depend on what parts they had on the truck. Any reasonable person would think this means

I have been a customer of Bowen Pools for the past year. I appreciate the knowledge and customer service they provide for my 20 year old pool. We have recently started discussions on a pool remodel as well. During this process we have visited the showroom in Flower Mound to view sample tiles and colors. I really appreciate the size and service level I get when dealing with Bowen Pools.

In beginning it was great, like most services, then after a few months the customer service went out the window. After expressing my concerns as their customer, I received very unprofessional responses from the owner himself. Their lack of communication between office receptionist and techs needs to be addressed but won't with an owner who is only focused on revenue and not customer retention.

They did their job fine for.a while. But when I did have an issue. Ie. the service tech uses my hose to fill the pool. They have done it a ton of times especially over the summer. This time they left it on when they left sitting in the grass and flooded mine and my neighbors yards. The city was called out and everything. All I got from the owner/manager was an argument on why they never touch hoses. Which is untrue seeing as my wife has watched them fill our pool multiple times. I wouldn’t do business with people who don’t even attempt to listen agree and empathize with a customers problem
