JT has been very helpful at starting up our chemicals after Re plastering our pool and now maintains the pool weekly. He is very much in control of his business and oversees closely the cleaning service and repairs his company provides. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pool repair and maintenance.
It is hard to find a pool company that is as attentive to their business like JT which is why I use him. After calling MANY pool companies, plumbers & landscapers JT was the only one willing to tackle my issue. He came out the very next day and worked for 2+ hours to resolve the problem! Reasonable price and great service!

Claim to be experts at pool heater repairs, but they no showed on me twice. Even after failing to make two confirmed service appointments they still never followed up. Very disappointing. Only conclusion I can draw is they can't be bothered with servicing pool heating systems.

Southern Pool was the third pool cleaning service I tried 2 1/2 years ago when I bought my house and my first pool.
When they came to clean my pool, their prices were very fair and the quality of the work was top notch! Over the past couple years, I’ve had issues arise with the pool, pump, skimmers, and light. JT, himself has always addressed the issues immediately and if he couldn’t make it, he’s send Eric, Johnathon or Justin.
They are currently jumping in to save the day, once again!! I just had my pool replastered, but the business didn’t balance my pool afterwards. Apparently they

JT (Southern Star) was referred to me by a good friend after the Texas freeze of '21. Although I was not an existing customer, JT was able to schedule my pool for repairs (cracked PVC pipe and value issues) in a timing manner. He has been very timely and clear with communication (text) and completed work was quality and efficient. Certainly worth giving JT & Co a shot if you are looking for a full service pool company.

I can not say enough good things about Southern Star. I was referred to them by individuals in Flower Mound Cares. I discovered a leak and called them. JT explained that they don’t do leak detection, but told one of his employees to call me and see if he could help. The employee was named Manual. He soon determined that the leak was not in my pool but after doing a lot of searching, found the leak in my sprinkler system. Seeing the frustration on my face, Manual offered his help. In the dark, using flashlights, Manual began digging. He found the leak, went to the store to obtain the necessary
