I chose this company because I try to support black owned businesses whenever possible. I chose Taj and his business because of the great reviews.
He and two of his employees did some work on my sister’s home. Her experience was not as great as others. We were initially told that the repairs would be finished in a week…Let me first say that his two employees that installed tile(professional job) replaced a back door, and installed a ceiling fan, (good job) came and did what was needed, and finished on schedule. The owner, Taj Ali is an honorable man. In spite of what could be considered an intolerable delay, he returned to complete the job and was very reasonable when we discussed a discount considering the inconveniences I was caused. I feel I will use his service again. Hard to find honest contractors these days.

I was hoping my experience was as good as the other reviews state. Unfortunately, I am giving this a low rating because of lack of professionalism and tardiness,. Taj came (or was supposed to come) several times to my unit, he was at least 60min late to every single time, he even gave me his estimated time of arrival according to his GPS but then shows up way later than that. There was several times when he was supposed to come and he didn't with no notice. He wasted so much of my time which was so unprofessional. Taj is amazing. I needed some minor plumbing work done. I originally purchased the wrong part he was nice enough to go to the hardware store with me and picked out the correct part I needed.
