Many of the things needed to be fixed in our newly shifted house. They were on time, fixed the wiring problem of our two rooms, repaired our 2 sinks and also repaired our doors locks. What a complete package.. You don't need to hire anyone else they can do all for you. Recommended!

Our front door wouldn't stay shut (that Texas soil) and the lock wasn't working very well. I called Jose on a Tuesday night and he was so responsive. He gave me a quote right away via text, and came the next day to fix that along with other minor projects around the house.
He fixed our toilet (he actually came back on Thursday again to look at it because there was a tiny issue), helped us patch up 2 toilet paper rolls, and tacked on an adhesive to a tiny hole that was causing our shower door to leak. Total with the front door lock fix was $300.

I needed a patio door repaired with some of the hardware replaced and new parts installed. Jose sent some of his crew that specialize in this type of job and they were able to repair it in a very timely manner. I have used Dallas Handyman Services in past and this was a reminder that they are still the right choice.

Jose quickly got back to me on a request I had on a few items we needed handled from the inspection of our new house. He came out to check out the situation the very next day, worked out an estimate, and then scheduled his crew to come out the following morning. On arrival, they confirmed items we needed to take care of, and got straight to work. They were super fast and did a fantastic job, showing the completion of the work from pics they took (two items were in the attic). Price was reasonable, they were quick and friendly. Would definitely reach out to them again for any future needs!

I could not be happier with the work done by the team from Dallas Handyman. I had a variety of tasks - wall hangings, picture frames, mounting of items and some small electrical work. Everything was done professionally. The two guys who came over were total pros and couldn't have been friendlier. The price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. If I ever need assistance again I know who I will have do the work: Dallas Handyman.

Jose is the man. Very friendly and business savvy professional. I would say his prices are above average market rate, but his quality of work makes up for that. I have wasted tons of money on low quality work when trying to save money, but in the long run it's just not worth it. Jose has done two jobs for me so far and I have no complaints.

I donno how this place got good reviews but my phone interview with this guy was a pure scam when I tried to get a quote to fix my 3 small openings on the drywall which this place quoted me for $1100 when all other places are just around $250-$300 max. This place is a flat out lie, greed and dishonesty! No way! Such a waste of my time.

Had to install a smartlock that needed custom woodwork. They arrived in the evening, i was impressed they wanted to work around 4pm, when I got home. They arrived with three people. It took over an hour.
The next day, their manager called in and we arranged to meet. He actually replaced the screws with his own that were longer and more robust. I was glad.
I showed them some outside areas that needed to repaired, installing new wood below the shingles. He said no problem and gave me an estimate. I realized lock installs were quick work for them.

Dallas Handyman did "make ready" for our property. The house was completely "trashed" by previous tenant.
First thing that impressed me was that he was prompt and showed up to review the property and give estimate at a very short notice.
Second his team of painters, cleaners were quite earnest and hardworking. They went beyond their calling to make the house cleaning, painting, repairs etc. One thing was partially finished on day 1 so Jose came back the next day to finish it.

I needed assistance disassembling a gazebo on my rooftop deck, so I called Jose on Friday at 11:00am and left a voicemail. He called back within 15 minutes and we spoke via phone. He asked for a photo of the gazebo, and I sent a stock photo a few moments later.
He called me at 5:30 Friday evening and quoted me $200 for his services and told me he and another man could possibly do it Saturday...and, if not, he could "for sure be there first thing Monday morning".

Dallas Handyman completed several tasks around the house and we are very pleased with their work in taking care a wide range of needs. Jose came to my house for an initial assessment and his crew was very responsible and professional in their work. He also agreed to have them come out on a Saturday and they picked up materials for us so we didn’t have to do it ourselves - this was a huge help as my wife and I both work day jobs and having servicemen over during the week is a big hassle. I recommend Dallas Handyman for all those things around the house that you don’t want to take time to fix
