Sure Restoration showed up within 2 hours of calling them. Abel and Pedro did a wonderful job and were very patient with the numerous holdups we encountered due to insurance. They did an extremely thorough job with the containment and mold remediation. Abel coordinated with my insurance and provided everything they needed from him in a very timely manner. I am very happy with their work and would recommend their services.

I was referred to Sure Restoration by my plumber. From my first outreach to them they were quick in responding and came out the same day to take a look at the water damage. Everyone who works for this company has been extremely professional, and timely in their responses. They provide updates and details on what needs to be done for repairs along with timelines. I highly recommend them.

They assured me they would not do anything that insurance would not cover. They lied. They took out more or our bathroom and closet then was needed and then charged me. They also said they would RESTORE the bathroom. They lied. I had to find someone to put it back together. I would NEVER recommend them.

This is my second remodel using this group and I am so happy with the results. The group of people they use to do the work helped me get the kitchen and bathroom of my dreams. They are all hard workers and leave things neat and clean each day. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in seeing their dream project come to life :)
