A water supply line located inside of the Quality Control room sink base cabinet leaked which resulted in a minimal water intrusion impacting the cabinet and flooring. The management was concerned about the potential for rapid Mold Growth within their clean work environment. Dan is wonderful! He explained everything to us so that we understand the test. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process. We used his services for before and after mold removal. Dan is courteous and prompt.
With each testing he goes over the results and explains everything. Once we did the final testing to ensure the home was clear he sent us a report to confirm the area was clear of the mold.

We had a very stressful situation where a tenant had flooded her bathroom, and then denied that she had done anything at all. Besides the anticipated cost of repair, we were concerned that there would be mold growth that would create a hazardous situation which our extremely hostile and aggressive tenant would then blame us for. We live in Berkeley, and in this town, no matter what a tenant does, the landlord is always deemed to be the party at fault and the entire City infrastructure is designed to penalize landlords. Absolutely great experience. Dale is real professional in the field of house inspection and specifically in mold spotting. He does also provide recommendations on what's needed and what's not after initial house walk through. I've also asked for a fully documented report based on inspection results and Dale prepared one and explained all numbers in it. IT did help in my case a lot. Thanks again!

Dale is about as professional, competent and honest as they get. We had some mold on our windows in the living room. I initially called a mold remediation company to get an assessment. They promptly came out and told me I had a huge problem that would cost thousands to fix. They referred me to a mold testing company from San Ramon who would test the air first. That company wanted over $1000 to test the air. It all sounded fishy to me so I did a bit of research and found Dale. He spent time on the phone explaining the process. He came out and did the testing without any hype and fear tactics

I don't often make comments on Yelp only when I truly impress to the merchants or services. I studied a while to pick the right company to do the mold inspection for our rental property. After talking to several including quotation inquiries, I have to say Dale is the best among all I talked to. His charge is more than reasonable and he doesn't mind explaining details. Though I have not had a chance to meet him up yet (the appointment set 2 days later), I have a great experience by talking to him and learning so much from him.

I don't often leave reviews (actually nearly-never) but Dale is amazing! Kind, prompt, thorough and so helpful.
He carefully explained what he was doing, what the costs would be and further suggestions for improving air quality. He responded to calls and e-mails within a few hours and set up a home visit quickly. He also very kindly rushed the lab results for us. It was such a relief to know that mold isn't the problem I had assumed.

I can't say enough good things about Dale and his crew! We had an emergency they were great about fitting us in right away and then were prompt. He communicated what was happening when and why the entire time. He coordinated with our contractor and did everything he said he was going to do. I had questions about mold in a closet on a perimeter wall and how to get rid of it. I called several different people and talking with Dale on the phone was by far my best experience.
He suggested lots of different options from using moisture absorbent material to an air purifier or dehumidifier to adding insulation in our walls. He also suggested that everything in the closet should be four inches away from the perimeter wall and that having sufficient airflow is important.
