As a complete outsider looking in on Mr. Chad Reids complaints/comments I would first ask how someone who admits not to be a construction expert could feel it responsible to comment on unsafe working habits in construction, the possible penalties that could be issued, or the length of time taken to complete any given project.
As far as asking an entire construction company to change its building schedule as to allow you 45 minutes extra rest is ridiculous. Often times sites begin early with a number of other factors you are unaware of... What time are suppliers available? How does commute time

I realize I'm coming at this from a different angle, but I'm really disappointed with Camello Inc.
For the past several months, I've had to live next door to one of their construction sites -- which is jammed in the middle of a high-density residential area. The city of Oakland permits construction crews to begin work at 7 a.m., which is exactly when Camello's crew starts hammering, backing up noisy trucks, sawing, etc. I work a typical 9-to-6 job and don't set my alarm for 7:45. Thanks to Camello, I haven't needed an alarm clock in months.
