Here at Xenia Heating & Air we encourage the residents of Greene County to get regular tune-ups and preventative maintenance on their heating systems, to ensure that they continue to work properly each winter. Admit it, having us visit in the dead of winter for heating system breakdowns isn't the most desirable thing. Had used these guys back in August for a repair on furnace blower when it went out and was very satisfied with the repair. So when it came time to replace complete unit I called them for a quote. Came out same day I called and gave the estimate the guy that came out pointed out some problems that were in the old unit that should be addressed. Two days later new unit installed by two very polite , knowledgeable young men with all the old units problem solved. Im very satisfied with the new unit and this company’s High quality personnel and I highly recommend them.

I called Friday afternoon when my air conditioning stopped working and they were out first thing Saturday morning. Our technician diagnosed the problem quickly, was able to fix it on the spot and by 9AM we had A/C again. Thanks Five Star!

Fantastic crew. WAs on time and out 6 hours later. Excellent install crew. Fast efficient, got rid of all the old gear and and left nothing for me to clean up. Answered all my questions. Great value for the money, fast prompt response and follow ups. Will definitely use in the future to do any more upgrades and programmed maintenance.

JP and Josh were absolutely wonderful. They worked very hard. They were both on time, professional, and very friendly. The entire Five Star business was wonderful. They worked with us for 2 years with our insurance and we were finally able to get a new system installed. The technician Josh that came out multiple times to help with this process was also absolutely patient, friendly, and very helpful. Everyone we dealt with, all staff members, could not have been better or more helpful. Absolutely wonderful and honest business. I will definitely be recommending this company to all family and friends
