A little about me; my name is Jason Kirby and I have lived in or around the Dayton area my whole life. I earned my HVAC degree at RETS Tech in Centerville Ohio. I am proud to tell you I graduated at the top of my class, had perfect attendance and most importantly I love my job. JFK Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated business that provides outstanding service for all of your residential heating and cooling needs.

New heat pump and air handler unit was installed in July 2021. I am having issues with it freezing up and the fan not working on the outdoor unit now so I call a company out to diagnose and find out my warranty for 10 years covering parts was never registered so now I only have the 5 year warranty. So I call JFK and ask to speak to Jason Kirby the owner and Ember the receptionist proceeds to ask me what this is concerning so I proceed to tell her what happens and she immediately tells me they are not responsible for registering the equipment. In the middle of our conversation a man starts telling me they are not responsible for registering my equipment as he starts getting louder and louder and becoming more argumentative. I ask the man his name and he says Jason the owner. Jason continues getting louder and louder telling me it is not their responsibility to register the warranty nor tell me that I should register it to receive my 10 year warranty instead of 5. Nothing got accomplished except yelling at me, and poor customer service with this awful company and owner Jason Kirby. Go somewhere else.

We have used JFK for the past 4+ years, ever since we purchased our home. They have serviced all our heating and AC needs in addition to plumbing needs. They are friendly, honest and simply a great company to work with. We have a home warranty company and JFK always goes the extra mile to help us contact and warranty company and get our needs met. If you have not tried them I highly recommend you do. Good companies like this are hard to find.

Knowledgeable, friendly and they perform quick service! Jim was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our AC was in our vents. Jim and Bryce then fixed all our problems a couple days later. It has been over a month now, with a few scorchers and a recent heat wave, but we are cool and comfortable!

This company was dispatched to my home through American home shield warranty after numerous companies have come out for my heating and air that have continuously duct taped the problem. Finally a company that knows what they are doing along with their technicians. Jim was the tech who came to my home whom was very pleasant and professional and finally the issue is being fixed correctly. Thank you Jim. I would definitely recommend this HVAC company.

My kitchen sink clogged one evening and wouldn’t drain. I called JFK and they sent someone out the following afternoon! The plumber was quick and professional, and the office staff was very nice. I will definitely be contacting JFK in the future for any plumbing/hvac needs!

Gary was the service technician It’s a sign to come to our house and look at our system. Very very professional, he was apologetic for coming early ( which we were very appreciative) and it was great great communication. We had an excellent experience with JFK. The water heater install was great, but I want to focus on the customer service. It is, in my opinion, unmatched. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They also had to stand up to my warranty company, who in contrast is very difficult to work with. JFK advocated for me the entire time. Ember was so great to work with, and she made the process so much less stressful. THANK YOU JFK! 11/10 would absolutely recommend.
