Feel like we got over charged. One day I seen lint coming out of the dryer vent out side. I crawled up there and cleaned it. My wife thought it would be a better idea to have it "professionally cleaned. I googled and this company complete air duct came up. I called and she said $179-$250 depending on how hard it was. He shows up and says $250. Pulled out a tool you can buy at menards and didn't even spend 5 minutes on it. Ran it down the pipe and back out "all done". Shoot I could have done that for $25. I also noticed on the recipt it says affordable air duct cleaning not complete air duct cleaning
