I have never written a review before but I felt I this one was needed. I’m so disappointed in this company. We paid a lot of money for their services. The duct work seems fine but we specifically asked for “deep cleaning”. We even specified what we wanted and they reassured us that is what they do. I’m not sure how they have so many good ratings when the cleaning portion is not good. They did a horrible job!. We called them to come back and they did for hour and still did a horrible job. Honestly I do not know what they cleaned besides the fridge and even that was poor quality. I could

I recommend OCC to anyone who is looking to have their ducts and carpets cleaned! They did a fantastic job, was willing to deal with my curiosity of the whole process by letting me know what was happening and what they were doing and did a great job cleaning up! Great conversation during it all too!!
OCC provided services of air duct cleaning and cleaned my basement carpets. The price was spot on and didn’t hide any details when I called for an estimate.
