As with all of our painting and staining work surface preparation is extremely important, we normally power rinse decks after cleaning and stripping and prior to preparing surfaces for sealing and staining. Excess pressure when power washing wood can cause damage, different types of wood require different amounts of pressure.

This is the third time I have worked with Mark and his team at Royal Painting; once for interior painting and twice for exterior painting. In this last time (july 21) it was for full exterior sanding/painting of the house and outbuilding. Excellent work at a competitive price. They can provide repairs as needed/requested and he has an excellent carpenter who is meticulous. They point out issues where they see them and recommend solutions; only doing what you decide. This is our second time using Royal Painting. We had them do many rooms for us back in 2001 and this year after a remodel we had them back again to paint almost every room in our house. Not only was their price the best (we had three other quotes) but Mark was extremely helpful, his employees were conscientious, and the quality of their work was fantastic. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mark and his staff at Royal Painting! When I asked for a quote to repaint my home, Mark came out to assess the job and was quick to respond with a competitive quote. He was extremely cooperative and flexible throughout the whole process, and matched my existing colors perfectly. His staff is very professional and talented, and they left my house cleaner than way they came in. I very highly recommend Royal Painting . . . I won't do business with anyone else from now on.

I have used Royal Painting over the past 20 years. Mark and his crew are amazing. They are reliable, masters in their craft. Recently we downsized and had our entire home painted and popcorn ceilings removed. This turned out to be a bigger project then we expected. Royal was able to finish in a 2 week window. We are more then pleased with the results!

The owner will tell you when he gives you a bid "you get what you pay for" (implying not to go with a cheaper bid..) Well let me tell you, these guys were not good either. Shoddy work, showed up late each day, blasted mexican music while they worked, even used my kitchen to heat their lunches!!! Seriously???? Wouldnt recommend EVER.
