Our KitchenAid Built-in Refrigerator stopped dispensing water. My DIY came out and replaced several parts...without fixing the problem.

I needed emergency help with my fridge and Fuse responded almost immediately, late at night, to arrange a next-day appointment. The technician, Allan, was in contact with me in the morning and even offered to come earlier than the appointed time. When he arrived, he was courteous, quick to get to work, very knowledgeable, and so helpful. He explained everything about the fridge and what was going on with it and fixed it right then and there. What a relief!

We were having issues with the moisture sensor on our dryer and reddish marks being left on our clothes after drying. Eric came out and was quickly able to diagnose our problem and even showed us what was causing the red marks and explained why our clothes were taking hours to dry. Drying time was was quickly fixed and we just had to wait on a part to help with the red marks. The part came in and it was fixed promptly! Our dryer has been running smoothly ever since!

The initial service was the same day of my first call, so they were very responsive. They charge$59 for the first visit, but applied the credit to my total bills. I had a pot of soup boil over on my GE Monogram gas range which shorted out the electrical wiring. The replacement parts took a week to arrive, but the installation was quick. All said, parts cost about $250 and labor was $180. I made a $400 pot of soup! Nice service when you're in a jam.

I contacted Fuse for an estimate and Sarah responded immediately and she was very nice and had Allan able to come out the next day to help me with my moms ice maker situation. She answered my questions and I knew after reading the reviews and her quick response this was the company I wanted to go with .
Allen did show up at the earlier time but ER worked it out and he was very kind and was Covid protected with his mask
And gloves . He was very confident he could fix the ice Maker situation as he said - tell your mom to not worry - most anything can he repaired . He fixed her ice bucket situation

This is the best experience I had with appliance repairs. Most outfits would just want to come out to give you diagnostic and then upsell bunch of services. Fuse was the first to reply my request and tried to help me hone in the problem over messaging. My washing machine died at the spin cycle and I was frantically looking for a reliable repair company. Fuse was very responsive and was able to schedule a technician in a timely manner. Andrey was able to diagnose the issue with my washing machine and drain the water. He had to order a part and schedule another return, but the repair was completed in less than a week.

Friday afternoon while running AC I walked into closet and realized it was leaking- so quickly got on Yelp to search for technician to come take a look. Fuse HVAC was incredibly prompt responding to my Yelp request and let me know they could make it there between 5-6pm. Allan called when on his way and arrived on time. I'm impressed with Fuse. From the initial visit to next day repairs, they were super. We were lucky that the timing worked out this way. Summer time can difficult to get an AC technician in a timely fashion.

So happy! So glad that I went with Fuse ~as not only was the communication before the visit top notch but they were professional and did an amazing job.. Eric not only took the time to actually explain to me why this was happening (had the same issue fixed a year ago with Sears Who overbilled me by $100 gave me no information) but he went into detail about how this happens and what I could do in the future to be on top of it. pricing good &Eric did just a great job!!! I am so very happy that I went with them and they will be fixing every other

Great service! Not only do they have great reviews but I ended up going with them because they were quick to reply, came out the next day and their initial consultation fee was reasonable. They came out and gave me a quote, however, I appreciated that the technician suggested an alternative option, which was to not use the softener tray. Eric mentioned that it would probably drain and fix my problem, unless the issue was with my water pressure (or something like that). I tried it hoping I wouldn't have to pay to fix it, but after a load it still didn't drain. I texted them and they ordered

I started stressing because a mom with 2 young kids needs a working washer! I called at 8:00 AM and they gave me the time window 10-12. They dispatched someone to my house by 10 am. Eric was the technician that came and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He fixed my washer and gave me some tips on how to prevent problems in the future. Super friendly and hardworking.
