After honorable discharge from the military as a medic during Desert Storm, I went to work for a family business. I went to school and became a certified HVAC technician and certified with the EPA. I successfully ran my grandfather's business supervising 25+ employees on-site and remotely. When my grandfather retired, I went into business for myself launching Shawn Lambert HVAC, an HVAC installation, repair, and service company.
Using my military background, management skills and HVAC training I have become quite successful in performing all aspects of the HVAC field. Based in Orange County we service all of Southern California. I have done it all from commercial and residential installation, change-outs and conversions, service, and repair as a licensed, bonded, and insured C-20 contractor.

Over the summer, Shawn installed a new AC unit at my home. We previously did not have AC. At that time, we decided to have the furnace replaced at the same time. I'm just writing to say that now that the cold weather has begun, we are very happy with the performance of the new furnace. Super quiet and efficient. Thanks, Shawn.

This is a great guy running this business!!! I received immediate response throughout my entire project. I ran into a problem on a Friday and I received a call back from Shawn walking me through the issue vs. charging me a service fee to come to my home. I reached back out to Shawn on Saturday AM he dropped by my house and fixed my issue within minutes! It's all about people and customer service is Shawn's competitive advantage.

Our 20 year old heater died. We had an attic that had been a rat's nest and although they were not active in there, the evidence of their past tenure was obvious. In short, the attic was gross! We heard Adam saying "oh gawd! oh gawd!" several times as he went up to survey the situation. I did not blame him. This is a 65 year old house, no telling what is up there!
So these pleasant guys came and did the job in one day. Removed the massive old heater, Kevin literally hugged it out to the street and I don't even know how he managed to lift it after sliding it down the ladder

II never leave responses unless I'm really ticked off or OUSTANDING Service. First I called to get an Idea the cost to fix my home furnace. I talk to the Owner Shawn and explained to him my problem (no Heat). He told me with my type of furnace to shut off power to the circuit board and that might reboot the board and everything might work again. I did ..and it didn't work, but just the thought this guy could have come over .. charged me $100 to do what I did if it would have worked, told me I think I can trust this guy. What can I say. I was looking for quotes because our AC system started giving us problems with cooling, so I figured we had an issue with Freon or something. As customary with requesting a quote on Yelp, it sent this to a few people. Most came back with quotes to come out and perform a diagnostics, charging us $X just to come out.
Shawn replied with 'Check your filters'. I checked my filters, and sure enough, they were disgustingly dirty. I took the filters off, re-ran the unit, and things are starting to cool off again.

I was in touch with another AC company that I have used for the past 1.5 years. I needed my mini split AC unit removed and taken away. This other company had given me a high quote that I didn't feel good about. I decided to look on Yelp and Shawn's reviews were so positive that I reached out to him. I sent him pictures of what I needed done and he gave me a much lower quote so I decided to go with him. And I was lucky that he had an opening the next day so it was scheduled quickly.

I called to get a diagnostic on my AC and "Van" was at my house on time the very next morning. Van showed me exactly what the problem was and didn't try to "upsell" me. Van was efficient, honest and had my AC fixed in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Shawn Lambert HVAC and especially Van who made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

Shawn and his team were fantastic! Shawn came in with a great product, very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were dialed in. We were totally up sold from every other bid we received, however Shawn came in and was straight up with what we "really" needed which in all reality saved us almost double from the other bids.

I did a lot of research before deciding on going with Shawn Lambert AIR HEATER for my HVAC system. I had eight estimates which is a lot but I wanted my heater moved to my attic and 2 of the companies said it couldn't be done. There were 2 estimates that were too high but the other 4 were in the same price range.
Shawn was real confident he could do the job and he promised I would be happy and satisfied when the job was completed.

Based on all the favorable reviews of Shawn's business where customers mentioned his good personality and never selling what you do not need I choose him out of all others and up to this point I never had a problem with my air-con so I had no one regular to contact for service.

Shawn was awesome! I reached out via Yelp and he was very quick to respond (probably less than 10 mins). Despite HVAC companies being super busy due to the heat, he was at my house within an hour or so fixing my AC. He's super nice, knowledgeable, and upfront. First off, Shawn is an awesome guy to deal with. Someone you might even call a friend after you meet him. Maybe he will bring me on vacation with him to Hawaii next time? Does being an awesome guy mean that he is an awesome business owner? For him it does, but some people maybe not. We decided to get air conditioning before summer hit, things got crazy and more expensive. We got quotes through Costco and some local air conditioning installers and the estimates were all over the place. One guy came out and pointed out that our heater vent wasn't cut all the way open, so it wasn't allowing

I can't say enough about this HVAC company! They really stand by their work. Super responsive when I had some issues with my system and Shawn stood by his warranty 100%. It's hard to find someone with great communication skills like Shawn. He generally texted replies instantly. He sent his crew back within hours, even when it was on his dime.
