Called to have a new opener installed. They said they could be there next day. The morning of, they called, we agreed on time (3pm) and price. Nobody showed up. I called them back at 3:30pm and apparently they assigned a different technician who was closer to my house. 5 minutes later, new technician called and said he would be by my house around 5pm as he is on another site... At 4:50, he called and said he finished and would be at my house around 5:10. He showed up at 7:15pm - no additional calls, nothing. He said he was an hour an 40 minutes away, that's why it took him so long??? I told

Max Helped yesterday. He was a real hero, the door fell on our car and we couldn't take it out so we foud local company to help us out and Alvin Garage Door Service where the first to respond. Max did the job very fast and explained us how to take cear of our door in the future to keep it in a good condition.

Seeing review i thought it would be better but too much overpriced. I am new home owner and didn't have much idea what it costs. The serviceman quoted me $180 for trolley replacement i thought it would be like an hour job work but it was a 10 minutes task and when I ask around i found that for that job it is around $100. I falled for the low service call fee Don't fall for it and do your reaserch before saying yes to any job. One thing for sure I would never be using them for any future work on my garage door.

One of the torsion springs broke which caused the door to only go up to about half of the entire opening. Alvin Garage Door Services technician replaced both torsion springs, adjusted the door, and lubricated the hinges and drive screw for a very reasonable price, within an hour of work. The door now works much more quietly and smoothly. Highly recommended.

We had a spring spontaneously snap in our garage at 415pm on a Saturday night. We called at 430 and he was here by 645 and garage was fixed by 745pm. They didn't charge an outrageous price and both springs were replaced. The guy was very nice and we'd use them again!
