I needed a repair to the garage door. Bob from Garage Door Solutions was very informative as well as understanding to my situation. He came the next day and fixed the problem beautifully. Fast, professional, and courteous. Nick was the repair guy who came to fix my garage door. He was super patient with all my questions, didn't mind working in a torrential rainstorm, and stayed pretty late to make sure the job was done correctly.

The technician, Nick was thorough but quickly assessed the issues and went to work. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made some future recommendations. I know a little bit about the mechanics so I was able to follow his explanations and recommendations. I did not feel pressured but rather assured by his honesty. I will definitely be calling GDS if any issue arrise again with the garage door. I highly recommend GDS!

I absolutely recommend this company to replace your garage door. Bobby came out for a free estimate within 24 hours of my call and had his guys out here the following day. Tom and Nico were polite, professional and did an amazing job! They gave us tips on how to maintain the door and track as well as a reminder to salt where the door meets the concrete to keep the seal intact!! I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing also! We made a great decision going with Bobby and his crew!

I couldn't be happier with GDS. They had exactly the door we wanted, and its color matches our house color perfectly. Even though they had to order the door, it was installed in 2 weeks, and it works perfectly. Bob was terrific to work with, following up with me regularly regarding the ETA, and Tom did a terrific job of removing the old door and installing the new one. I was especially thrilled that he was able to work with the existing molding on the garage frame, so nothing had to be repainted. On top of everything else, GDS's price was by far the most competitive of the four bids

A spring on my garage door broke Sunday night. I called Garage Door Solutions and left a message. Bob called me back and was able to fit me into his schedule for Monday morning. I read the Yelp reviews and decided to contact Garage Door Solutions when my garage door opener broke. Previous reviews were correct. Wonderful people and company to deal with. Bob was very helpful and so kind to want to get my repair done ASAP considering how cold it was outside. He did just that, within 24 hours Tom was at my house installing the new opener. He was timely, efficient and professional. Both Bob and Tom were very nice to work with and I would highly recommend you call them if you should have any garage door needs. Excellent company and people, so glad I opted to call them!

Honest, punctual and fast! I was thinking we possibly needed a new opener and Bob was so honest and said nope...just the tightening of a screw. Anyone else could have said yes you need an opener and charged me another 300.00 and I wouldn't have been the wiser! Best part- Senior Discount!!!!

Bob is a true professional in garage door selection, installation and maintenance. He represents many manufacturers of doors, so if you are seeking a new door he can advise you without bias. He is a wealth of knowledge about the pros and cons of various styles and manufacturers of doors. His installation is meticulous and thorough. And his clean-up is also spectacular. We got three estimates for a 3-car garage doors plus new openers. Bob was about the same price but we preferred his willingness to give his perspective and to not be rushed.
