Ive lived all my life in Miami Florida and I have heard and seen many horror stories on pool contractors. I saw a sign from Custom pools Miami right down the street from my home and I saw everyday how early the crews got there. I called the office and immediately the customer service girl Amanda took my call and set up my appointment. The salesperson Hugo helped me design the pool and gave me the budget. I signed and with Custom Pools and they started the permit process right away. I met with Dago and he came over for our predig meeting and detailed the schedule and the complete pool construction

Thanks to Dago from Custom Pools Miami I was ale to get my pool. He was the only pool contractor in Miami that would do a public hearing to build my pool. I asked over 10 pool contractors and none would do what he did. It took like 8 moths to get it but I was so happy when it was approved. Right after that he built my pool in 8 weeks which was a sigh of relief. Thank you for everything you made my dream come true.!!

If I could give Custom Pools 11 stars I would! Before beginning the process of pool building, my husband and I researched and inquired with close to 15 Miami pool companies. Once we narrowed it down to 4 South Florida companies, we met with them individually and asked everything from A-Z. While the questions continued via email and telephone, several people seemed too busy to be bothered. We are investing thousands and wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into. I got a beautiful pool designed by Bob in custom pools. My family and I have really enjoyed specially during Covid-19, when you couldn't get out of the house. From the beginning with the planning and design stages, and through the construction, and final finishing stage Custom Pool did an outstanding job. Professional, respectful of my personal vision of the project, as well as responsiveness to each stage everyone involved was great. During a complicated and trying year for so many people and companies, Custom Pool provided an exceptional experience completing everything in record time - including contacting all the required local municipal inspection personnel.

I got my pool completed by Custom Pools a few years ago. The reason for the late review is because for years since our pool has been completed, we've been dealing with an issue that is difficult to resolve. They constructed a pool and on one side of the pool there is no tile aside from the pool coping. To help you visualize this, I have pavers on 3 sides of my pool, but on the furthest, long side of my pool, its all dirt and sharp rocks. My kids have fallen due to this. When it rains, the mud runs into the pool. Did they run out of bricks? No; we have tons of leftover from the install

What Can I say about this pool company .. Simply the best .. I doubt you will ever meet a owner like Dago that goes up and beyond in promising , delivering and catering to your needs .. Pool took 7 weeks from start to completion and whenever there was any issues like a faulty led light or vacuum not working properly he was there to take care of it the very next day .. Custom pools also specializes in variances which allows you to get closer to the fence and maximize pool size ..This is one of the few left over gems of a company .. With custom pools your in great hands ..Customer service , quality

I'm more than satisfied with this company from the beginning of the construction till the end, the one feeling I kept going through during the entire process was, "piece of mind", I'm the type of of person that is always on top of things at work at home on projects, however this company really gave me that a " piece of mind". They took care everything from permits, licenses, questions, coaching on how to maintain etc. And constructions can be somehow unpredictable, because it takes third party teams, such as subcontractors or city approvals etc, no matter what challenges

This company is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it hands down to anyone thinking of building a pool, renovating, or any other swimming pool or spa needs you may have. I recently finished the pool in my house with a different company (I'm actually being generous by calling it a company because it is a joke of a business and they should have their license revoked!!!) because it was an absolute nightmare. Over the years I heard from many people that Custom Pools was the best in town. So when my wife and I decided to build a pool we went directly to Custom Pools, and we are glad we did. Irv, John, Marilyn and Bob were great. They worked efficiently and wasted no time. Every day when we got home from work something New was done. I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. They broke ground on Nov 12 and passed final inspection on Feb 2.... And they were on vacation for three weeks in December. I also spoke with all of their subcontractors to get an idea of how they run their business

Ok, so my pool was in major disaster mode and needed a major overhaul years ago. So I finally got down to business and did my research and (hopefully!) got the best bang for my buck.
John, the owner, is a very cool fella and was very cool with my haggling and agreed to do the job at MY price, which was very competitive (if you know what I mean-- and I'm sure you don't, but no matter, it was a GOOD price).
I think they did a good job; this is one of those jobs that is hard to determine because it takes a long time --years, actually to know if the job was done right. However from a superficial
