The workmanship contracted was OK, however the labor force does not pick up their lunch trash, broke my septic tank vent cap (there was a reflective cone covering it) and strained the outdoor faucet so it leaked. During lunch break I found a workers footprints in my private outbuilding 50 yards from the worksite. There was a large stump, which should have been chipped and smoothed over. Mr Land contracted a backhoe to rip it out of the ground and dumped it on another part of my property. When the dump truck came to deliver materials, no one guided him into the paved driveway to avoid cracked asphalt
