They were great, my window got smashed in the wind storm. It was a double pane so I kept hearing I would have to replace the entire window, which I couldn’t find the manufacturer of so it wouldn’t have matched the rest of the house. I dropped it off they repaired it sooner than they told me it would take. I’d use them again next time I have a broken window.

They replaced the glass in a window for me. They were prompt, quick and clean. I was having a hard time finding anyone to come. They xame and fid an amazing job. So easy to work with.

This company is terrific. I received a warranty replacement panel of insulated glass from the mfr. for one that had fogged. I brought the sash and the new glass to Hanover Glass about 10:15AM and it was ready for pickup before 3PM. Pricing was reasonable and I couldn't be happier.

After spending countless hours searching online for a company that could provide me with custom window screens I finally came across Hanover Glass. Once I called the receptionist knew exactly what time of screens I needed and set up an in home estimate. We had a window screen that needed to be repaired as a result of hail damage. Had heard of this company and decided to give them a shot. Consistent professional communication, responsive, very fairly priced and got us a new screen window in a matter of days, which as meticulously done. Really, could not be more pleased. I needed to replace the mirror glass on a 15 year old motorcycle. New OEM mirrors are no longer available from the manufacturer, and the other local glass shops I contacted said they couldn't cut convex mirrors - only flat which wouldn't give the required wide field of view.

Hanover Glass said they could probably do it and asked me to come by with the piece I needed cut. They took a look at it and gave me a price and turnaround time.

If I could give NEGATIVE one billion stars, I would. What a terrible place. We were trying to use them only because the association for the condominiums we live in endorsed them. Horrible customer service, they are obnoxious, rude, lazy. They act like they are doing you a favor just by coming out to do an estimate. Never return any phone calls. They argue with customers or just ignore you. Why they have not gone out of business, I have no idea.

One star only because no zero available. The staff here are extremely rude and argumentative. I was so fed up that I walked out.
