I am updating my review because we recently had additional work done, and the company messed up the shower door. DSI was great in getting us the replacement glass. The other company had not re-installed the frame properly. The installers from DSI removed everything, cleaned all the silicone off of it, and then reinstalled it properly. Their work was fantastic.
The experience of working with Rich and others at DSI for a new shower door was awesome. We had some special requests, and Rich proposed some great options. Everyone that came to our home for either measuring or installing were very friendly

After a different company screwed up installation of my custom steam shower glass (dropping it, breaking into a billion pieces), DSI came to the rescue!!
They not only called me back, but came out within the week to measure. Then they professionally installed it with in 2 weeks.
Keith, Nick & Shawn were a dream to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Everyone showed up on time, as scheduled, which was refreshing.
Communication from start to finish was terrific. I can’t say enough great things. This will be my new glass company, for good.

I had high hopes for this company. I was in need of a shower door and mirror for a bathroom remodel. I called and received a quick call back.
I spoke to a super nice guy (Rich) and got a roundabout quote I could live with and they came out to measure. I was told I would be able to choose options when they came out to measure, but I wasn't. Those guys told me to call the office to choose options. Well, I tried calling for several days with no luck, and finally went in person to their location. When I got there, another person (apparently the owner) gave me a price that was significantly higher
