Services
An Insulated Glass Unit is made up of two or more layers of glass adhered together with a spacer in between. When a seal fails, or glass is damaged, the sealed air in between the layers escapes and moisture-laden air is drawn in. Willow Ridge and Mike were outstanding!! I had what was a huge window headache involving a couch. I had mutiple people look at it, ones asked for pics, others didn't even respond. Most said it would be easier to sell couch. Mike was super prompt and efficient in getting out for estimate. And somehow found time in the busy schedule(i saw his calendar) to get this done. I cant thank and praise their work enough!

What a great experience replacing the glass in my patio sliding door! Mike, gave me a very fair estimate competing with other area companies. He was out to do the estimate and setup the job at an astounding speed. The installers Collin and Austin were very friendly and did a clean excellent job with zero inconvenience. The last time I used this company was 2005. I looked up an old receipt because of a good past experience. I am glad I did!

Great experience! Needed custom size special order glass for vintage front door. Austin arrived on time with a smile on his face. Very personable and professional. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Recommended a glass cleaner that would help my old glass match the new glass that was available at the store.
