GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and had an issue with a window that was installed in '08. I went to Preferred on Friday morning and explained the problem to Courtney. She had someone out first thing this morning (Monday). The issue was taken care of at no charge! I was skeptical at first because they got terrible reviews, but I must say that my experience was quit different. I did have trouble getting a hold of someone at first, but once I did it was a pleasant experience. They came and gave me an estimate the same day. I felt that the price was fair. They ordered the glass and made and apt for the install. When the time came to install the glass, they were on time and did a great job installing it. The process was super fast and painless. I will definitely be using them again, and recommending them to my friends and family.

The lady at the front desk is a nightmare! Extremely rude! Talks down to people and has absolutely no customer service skills! She yells at her employees constantly! I really don’t understand how they stay in business. I’ve been in their shop a few times and today was the last straw! I had to walk out when I heard her talking to a customer like she was stupid!

Sent photos of window. Told by Josh, they don't make glass that large to replace and quoted me a price of $3500 to buy a whole new window which was more than ALL the windows installed in my whole house. Next day when I called back to adjust the measurements to lower, the lady on phone was not service oriented, kept interrupting me, and said cannot email an estimate to get rid of me. That makes me leary because they probably raise the price a lot later. No thanks!. B&D Glass was way more friendly to deal with.

It’s really a nightmare. The woman in the office located on Soledad Ave. was so rude to my husband. My husband doesn’t hear well. That woman whatever her name is, would not get up from her seat to get info from my husband who was at the counter. How can they communicate if she was at her desk which is a bit far from the counter? But she was able to get up when we were looking at the display of their products like a hawk telling us not to touch any of the display. Bad customer service. I guess they do not need our business.
