Unfortunately I've had an unsatisfactory customer experience.
I'd inquired online about mold testing/inspection on Friday, 6/26 and received a quick call from Carl. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I expressed to him that my condo in Pasadena recently had water damage and the affected areas are hallway ceiling and HVAC closet. He quoted me $299 plus $75 for an air quality test and any additional tests, and I could expect the result from the lab the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I agreed and he had Keenan come out to do the testing (only my mom was present at the time and said he did a good

The inspector was very friendly, Knowledgeable, Punctual, And had great prices!!! I was very satisfied with his level of experience.
